All sales are final due to the digital nature of our content. Once services or products such as animations, videos, illustrations, diet plans, or any other digital materials have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

**Exception:** If we are unable to deliver any service due to a technical issue, and the user has purchased a digital download, a full refund will be provided. Please note that refund requests will not be considered if more than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase.
